The process.
Discovery Phase
I am a researcher. I want to collect as much information about you, your company, your market and your competitors before formulating the correct plan. This includes gathering assets and tools to identify the gaps we will need to fill to be successful in our path forward.
Building Phase
This is where we compile the plan and missing pieces to properly achieve your goals. Without the right tools, our success rate will drop.
Implementation Phase
This is when we take all of the tools and items we have created and get to work. Our work will be based on strategic operatives with prioritization and follow-through.
Auto Pilot
This is where we continue to implement the plan, as no plan (especially in business) happens overnight.
Analyze + Adjust
Strategic plans need to be analyzed and adjusted. How are we doing? Whatβs working and what isnβt? Do we need to make adjustments or pivots based on our expected results? This is where we do this before continuing our journey together towards success.
