I'm Flossie Hall. For the last fifteen years, I've built organizations and then built the structure that let them hold together while they grew.

As CEO of a San Diego–based nonprofit, I scaled a regional program into a national platform serving more than 10,000 founders a year, raised over $3M in operating capital, and built the CRM, dashboards and reporting the board used to steer it. Before that I co-founded a global ed-tech company and grew its membership platform from zero to 2,000+ members worldwide. And before that I built a CPG and e-commerce brand from startup to seven figures, owning brand, e-commerce and retail distribution end to end.

At a global entrepreneurship nonprofit, I absorbed the VP of Communications and Marketing functions on top of an operations and talent mandate, consolidated brand and marketing under one structure, and launched an end-to-end strategy that produced 200% growth in the first sixty days.

The pattern is the same every time. An organization has real momentum and no operating layer underneath it. Someone has to build that layer while the place keeps running. That's the work I'm good at, and it's the work most people find least glamorous, which is exactly why it doesn't get done.

I teach entrepreneurship at SUNY Brockport, judge the New York Business Plan Competition, mentor for Grow-NY, and hold two honors degrees from the University of Michigan. I live in Rochester and work nationally.
